class praw.models.reddit.removal_reasons.RemovalReason(reddit, subreddit, id=None, _data=None)¶

An individual Removal Reason object.

Initialize a RemovalReason instance.

Parameters:

reddit (Reddit) – An instance of Reddit.
subreddit (Subreddit) – An instance of Subreddit.
id (str | None) – The ID of the removal reason.
_data (dict[str, Any] | None)

delete()¶

Delete a removal reason from this subreddit.

To delete "141vv5c16py7d" from r/test try:

reddit.subreddit("test").mod.removal_reasons["141vv5c16py7d"].delete()

Return type:: None

classmethod parse(data, reddit)¶

Return an instance of cls from data.

Parameters:

data (dict[str, Any]) – The structured data.
reddit (Reddit) – An instance of Reddit.

update(*, message=None, title=None)¶

Update the removal reason from this subreddit.

Note

Existing values will be used for any unspecified arguments.

Parameters:

message (str | None) – The removal reason’s new message.
title (str | None) – The removal reason’s new title.

None
